جبل مرة

يعتبر جبل مرة منطقة جذب سياحي في إقليم دارفور، ويتميز بتنوع نباتاته، والحياة البرية فيه، إضافة إلى وجود فوهة بركانية فوق قمته بها بحيرتان. ومحمية تعتبر واحدة من أكبر تجمعات تكاثر الطيور المستوطنة بالسودان والطيور المهاجرة إليه، خاصة الإوز والبط والحبارى واللقالق. وتتوفر فيه مياه كبريتية ومناطق تصلح لهواة التصوير وهواة المغامرات والطبيعة الوعرة.


Jebel Marra is a tourist attraction in the Darfur region. It is characterized by its diversity of vegetation and wildlife, as well as a volcanic nozzle above its summit with two lakes. It is one of the largest breeding communities of birds in Sudan and migratory birds, especially geese, ducks, hippopotamuses and lizards. It has sulfur water and areas suitable for amateur photography, adventure enthusiasts and rugged nature.
